Shipping Rates

For Prepaid orders: We charge no shipping or handling fee for orders above INR 500.00
Free shipping is included.

For COD orders: We do not charge for COD for orders above INR 2999.00

Partial Payment for Cash on Delivery Orders

Customers opting for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method are required to pay a minimum of 10% of the total order amount at the time of order placement. This partial payment is mandatory and non-refundable in cases where the customer decides not to accept the product due to personal preferences or dissatisfaction. However, customers may request a return or refund in instances of product damage or delivery of an incorrect item, subject to verification and compliance with our return policy.

Order Processing

We strive to fulfil your orders as soon as we get them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 5-7 days. Our business days are Monday to Saturday except for Sunday. Please note different products take different times so above-mentioned time may vary as per products and nature of work.

Shipping Time

For most of the serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unavoidable circumstances like COVID advisories, Bad weather, Law and order issues, Remote location, stocking issues, inventory issues or any other issues it may take a longer time. We will however keep you posted and facilitate you with available tracking methods.
